Understand Your Prospect's Personality Type

Think back to a time when you needed a product or service, but you just did not feel comfortable buying that product or service from the person you were speaking to. Why is that? Why do we connect with some people and not with others? Why is it that you get a "certain feeling" that you can trust someone, or you get that "certain feeling" that you can’t? It is because you are either making the advisor/client connection or you are not…My goal is not to turn financial advisors into psychotherapists, but to help advisors build a very simplistic method of understanding the prospect/clients core personality type so the advisor can make a better connection which will result in building stronger relationships. In order to do this, we must first understand the 4 C.O.R.E. Personality Types: Commander, Organizer, Relater and Energizer.
