Put your clients first
How will you be able to [deliver the very best possible plan] if you don't ask questions that tell you what clients really want and if you don't develop the skills to guide the client to implementing the plan?

"The problem is, how can we deliver the very best plan we can possibly deliver? This is the objective of every financial planner of integrity in the business. So my answer is, how will you be able to reach that objective if you don't ask questions that tell you what clients really want and if you don't develop the skills to guide the client to implementing the plan? If planners have any fears about asking questions and guiding clients, maybe they shouldn't try life planning. Or maybe they should get trained to do it. Because we're all supposed to put our clients first, and it sounds as though they are putting their fears first."
